UMMC Patient Journey app, also called ‘the app’ in this statement, is a latest feature for UMMC patients check their appointments, to do self-check-in, to make online payment and also to monitor scheduled visits. Added to that, this app also will give notifications while the patients are called by the counter, clinics and pharmacy.
These are Functions available:
- Self Check-in
- QR code - Physically arrive scanning.
- Queue Number Information
- Call Notification by clinicians and pharmacy.
All participants are encouraged to report the pilot issue or feedback to: patient_journey@ummc.edu.my . Do screenshot the problems occurs to provide a clearer picture of the issues, if there is any.
