Batuk bhairav incarnated to make balance amongst the trinity. Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh. To punish Brahma for his pride and Ignorance. One can freely worship Batuk Bhairav, a very kind and easy pleasing God, and bestows all the blessings to his devotees. Grihasth (people having a family) and tantriks both can worship lord Batuk Bhairav Freely. Literally the first word ‘Batuk’ means ‘young boy, boy below puberty age.

भैरव उत्पत्ति : उल्लेख है कि शिव के रूधिर से भैरव की उत्पत्ति हुई। बाद में उक्त रूधिर के दो भाग हो गए- पहला बटुक भैरव और दूसरा काल भैरव। मुख्यत: दो भैरवों की पूजा का प्रचलन है, एक काल भैरव और दूसरे बटुक भैरव।
