The MyCHUC APP provides the following features:

- Possibility of requesting the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointments;
- Detailed information about the location of your appointment;
- Access to your history of episodes in the hospital;
- Information about your outstanding user fees and the possibility of requesting ATM references for payment;
- Information on the status of the consultation or surgeries waiting to be scheduled;
- Requests for information about your clinical file;
- Requests for a multipurpose medical certificate of incapacity;
- Management of notes to take to your appointments;
- Important information about the various Hospitals of the Hospital Center and the places of service;
- Maps to support users when traveling to the Hospital;
- Waiting times in emergencies;
- Useful information for the user and health campaigns.
Information for users under 18 years of age is not yet available on the App.
