With mixody, you can create a very special music experience in any environment, where every guest can participate via their device.

Each party guest is to transmit his or her song requests simply and without complications, without having to contact the host directly. These requests should be played fairly one after the other and, above all, played through. Nevertheless, the host should remain in control at all times.

The source for the songs is provided by the host and is only used by the guest within mixody. The audio content is exclusively determined by the host.
Thus, each host complies with the GTCs of the respective platform offered by mixody.

An algorithm decides when which request is played. Decisive factors here are how many songs the person making the wish has already submitted and how many people next to them wish for the same songs. In the end, every guest has the chance to get the same playing time. If there is no request, previously determined basic songs are used.

The host is the admin of the party. He chooses the one available music player for his party, determines basic songs and whether songs or artists may not be played.
The host also has the option of skipping a song and blocking users at any time.

The guest has the possibility to log in via known platforms and join the party. Access is granted via invitation link, party code or QR code. The login is not required, but offers some charming extras.

Now the guest can search for music, add it to his personal wish list and also make changes within this wish list. He gets an overview of the songs he has already played and when his pending wishes are to be played.
By giving a thumbs up, he can also upvote songs of other people in the playlist.
