iCanteen

Installations of the iCanteen system are supported from 2021. The full range of functions of the Internet version of the iCanteen application is supported in the application.

The application simplifies work from mobile phones by:
- remains logged in
- supports the simultaneous login of multiple user accounts in one or more canteens and their easy switching
- optimizes display of controls for mobile phones

Internet menus:
- Quick and easy ordering and check-out of meals using the Internet
- Display of ordering and canceling times set by the cafeteria
- Displaying the delivery time set by the canteen
- Option to order multiple meals (if the cafeteria supports it)
- Allergens in the menu with the possibility of highlighting personal allergens (if the dining room supports it)
- Display photos of meals (if the dining room supports it)

Overview of orders and payments:
- Option to top up credit using the ComGate payment gateway (if the canteen supports it)
- The boarder can monitor payments, credit and his orders himself
- Automatic recalculation of the boarder's account when creating an order
- Reviews of collected and uncollected food
- View order history
- Auditing of performed operations

Food Exchange:
- The diner can order food even after the time limit, if the diner recovers or returns from vacation before the originally announced date (if the cafeteria supports it).
- The possibility to offer food to the Exchange even after the time limit set for check-outs without the need to explain that a boarder or a child fell ill overnight.

Notice from the cafeteria:
- The diner can set up the sending of e-mails himself (if the canteen supports it)
- Sending a monthly bill (if the canteen supports it)
- Sending a notification that the diner has no orders for the next week (if the dining room supports it)
- Sending a notification that the credit level has fallen below the set level (if the canteen supports it)
- The possibility of recovering a forgotten password using e-mail (if the canteen supports it)
