Our dough is hand made daily using only “00” flour sourced from Italy. We allow our dough at least 24 hours to ferment. (This results in a light crust which is easily digested)
Our sauce is made using San Marzano tomatoes for an authentic pizza experience.
All of our pizzas are fired in our purpose built stone oven hand built on our premises and are served roughly 12”.
