Teamwork app “RECOG”
RECOG is an app that allows you to see each member's "activity", which is usually difficult to understand, through the "praise" of members.
The team will be positively enlivened, such as the motivation of each individual to work is further increased, and the workplace and colleagues are more liked.

[Mechanism of RECOG]
Once a day (maximum of 3 times), we will send letters of gratitude, respect and trust to colleagues at work. You can enjoy actions that enhance teamwork, such as acknowledging and praising each other, like a game.

[Points of RECOG]
(1) You can see the activity.
By sending a "letter" as a proof of praise for the hard work and achievements of your colleagues, you can see the "performance" that is usually difficult to see.

(2) You can see your strengths.
By giving six types of stamps associated with the characteristics of behavior along with the "letter", you can see each person's "strengths".

(3) You can also see the status of your team.
From the tally of "letters" sent by each member, the "level of activity" of the entire team can be seen at a glance with a weather-like design.
