General list includes the information on energy, carbohydrates, proteins and fats content in 100 grams of food. Energy value is expressed in kilocalories (kcal). The app contains more than 8700 items, and for your convenience it is separated into sections, and food items are listed in alphabetic order. Data in table are maximally exact, but you shall remeber that cooking peculiarities of some food influence the energy value and content of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
