Trollhättan Energi's app gives you the opportunity to:
- Get push notifications when it's time for your garbage collection.
- Select time for the "garbage notice" (30-minute intervals between 15: 00-22: 00).
- Opportunity to see garbage collection day and receive push notices for several addresses (if you have been granted access to more addresses).
- See your invoices and your usage statistics.
- Give another person access to your account at Trollhättan Energi, this can be done directly in the app or inside My pages.
- Keep track of opening hours at Customer Service and recycling center Håjum.
- Take part in current operational information.
- Chat with customer service.
- Get help to sort the waste at source with the Waste Guide.
- See current job advertisements.
- Read our news.
- Sign a new electricity contract and see current electricity prices.
