By developing an online consultation service in partnership with health centers, we are responding to the problems of medical deserts and emergency room congestion. More than 2,800,000 connections with general practitioners and emergency physicians for teleconsultations, with third-party payment, have already been made.

The MEDADOM teleconsultation service is aimed at anyone aged 3 and over with a compelling non-urgent medical need. Teleconsultation is, for example, suitable for:

MEDADOM, what contraindications?
MEDADOM is not a service adapted to the pediatric needs of children under 3 years old nor an emergency service.
MEDADOM, how does it work?
Log in to your patient area from your smartphone, tablet or computer to consult a doctor instantly. After completing your medical information (or that of the loved one you are accompanying) and entering your Vitale card, you are invited to launch the teleconsultation. A doctor will take care of you for a remote medical consultation and will make a diagnosis if conditions permit. Whatever happens, he will tell you how to resolve your health concerns or which specialists to consult. You will find the answers in your personal and secure space.
MEDADOM, payment and reimbursement
Before launching the teleconsultation request, you are asked to enter your bank card. Consultations with doctors are all at sector 1 rates (increases on weekends, evenings and public holidays) and we practice third-party payment. This means that teleconsultations are covered by social security in the same way as an in-office consultation. The remainder is reimbursed by your mutual insurance company.
Who are the doctors who answer your questions about MEDADOM?
MEDADOM’s partner doctors and health professionals are employees of our partner health centers. They are all registered with the Council of the Order of Physicians and all practice in person and via teleconsultation. They are trained in this practice by the Medical Department and regularly discuss together to refine their way of practicing.
What are the hours to consult a doctor on MEDADOM?
MEDADOM medical teams are available Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
