Make life even easier with a weekly shopping list personalised to your preferences and the tools to track your progress and integrate with Apple HealthKit. Plus, as a part of 28 you will have access to a team of recognised professionals, from nutrition and fitness, through to mindfulness and motivation.
This update includes some minor improvements and bug fixes.
