According to the state number of the car, you can determine from which region this car is, to which type of troops it belongs, or to the embassy of which country it is assigned. Find out whose region it is!
From August 4, 2019, when registering a car, it will be possible to get the number of only the region where the car owner is registered. The full binding of the number to the region returns again!
The application contains an up-to-date database of codes of regions, including numbers that were issued in several regions of Russia, for example, 777 or 82. It is also possible to check and pay fines for violation of traffic rules for a car or driver (Russia).
In the application you can:
• find out the name of the region by code
• find out the code by the name of the region
• find out which country in Europe the number belongs to
• check traffic police fines
• check traffic fines for the driver
How to use?
• Download the application, run
• In the menu on the right, select the country whose numbers you want to find out
• Choose the type of number - civil, diplomatic, police, military (white, red, blue, black numbers)
• Enter the code from the number (last digits for Russian numbers)
• To find a region by name, click on the button with a magnifying glass 🔎 below
Attention! Not all fines for traffic violations are issued to the vehicle, but only those that are received automatically.
