Poker, also known as Hong Kong Poker, is a great intellectual game suitable for Asians. Players try to guess each other's cards, and try to win a lot when they have big cards and lose a little or threaten others to give up when their cards are bad. Now PYGO has republished an attractive graphical version of poker but still Keep the classic gameplay. We invite you to experience it.
***Play Poker
How to play Poker is very simple. Poker uses 28 cards from 8 to Ace in a regular deck of playing cards. Each person is initially dealt a trump card known only to that person. In the next 4 rounds, starting from the person with the highest card, those who have not given up receive 1 more card and players take turns betting. After betting in the fourth round, the trump card is revealed, and all hands are compared. The person with the highest hand is the winner. In case there is only 1 person left who has not given up, that person wins the game.
Each person must spend a small initial amount of money for the game's guild. When betting in each round, each person can "Fold" (fold the cards) which means rearrange the cards and give up, or "Call" and add money to the guild, paying money to the guild to equal the amount. The stakes of other people are still in play, or "Raise" to increase the stakes. The total amount of the bet as well as the additional amount required for "Call" and "Raise" are indicated on the play screen when it is your turn.
***Poker Hands and Values
A Poker hand has from 2 to 5 cards and is ranked similar although not exactly the same as Xam Xam or Tai Tria.
Straight flush: 5 cards that are both flush and straight
Four of a kind: 4 cards of the same number and 1 card
Cumulative: 3 cards have the same number, and the remaining 2 cards also have the same number.
Flush: 5 cards with the same move
Straight: 5 cards form a consecutive row.
Sam Co: the hand contains 3 identical cards
Animal: the hand contains 2 pairs, 2 pairs of cards with the same number
Pair: hand containing a pair of cards with the same number
Mau Bi: the card is nothing special
When comparing two cards and when determining if a hand is a straight, only the number of the card has value. The order of cards in Poker is 8 9 10 J Q K A.
When comparing two hands, the type of the hand is compared first. The hand with the better type wins. If two hands are of the same type, the numbers of the structure cards of the type are compared first, and the junk cards in the type (if any) are compared later.
